Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1 2026

These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations, policies, and responsibilities associated with participation in Spark Summer Camp. Parents love Spark because we believe clarity upfront creates the best experience for families and campers alike.

By booking an exploration call, enrolling your child, or participating in Spark Summer Camp, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Program Overview

Spark Summer Camp is a structured, coach-led day camp designed for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Spark operates as a membership-based summer program, with enrollment covering the full camp season unless otherwise specified in writing.

Spark is not a drop-in program, babysitting service, or childcare facility. Participation is based on structured programming, age-based teams, and scheduled rotations.

Enrollment & Membership

  • Enrollment is offered following an exploration call to ensure Spark is the right fit for your child and family.

  • Membership covers the full camp season as outlined at the time of enrollment.

  • Space is limited and availability is not guaranteed until enrollment is completed and confirmed.

Attendance & Participation

  • Campers are expected to follow all safety guidelines, rules, and instructions provided by Spark staff.

  • Spark reserves the right to remove a camper from activities or, if necessary, from the program if behavior consistently disrupts safety or the experience of others.

  • No refunds or credits are provided for missed days due to illness, vacations, or other personal scheduling conflicts.

Payment Terms

  • Tuition and fees are outlined during the exploration call and confirmed at enrollment.

  • Payments are processed according to the agreed-upon payment plan.

  • Failure to maintain scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Cancellation Policy

  • Spark Summer Camp operates on a seasonal membership model.

  • If a family chooses to cancel their membership early, they are responsible for 30% of the remaining balance of the season.

  • This policy reflects staffing, programming, and space commitments made on behalf of each enrolled camper.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Health & Safety

  • All campers must meet basic health requirements to participate safely.

  • Parents are responsible for notifying Spark of any medical conditions, allergies, or special considerations.

  • Spark staff are CPR and First Aid certified; however, Spark does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment beyond basic first aid.

Staff & Supervision

  • Camp activities are led by adult coaches who are background-checked and trained.

  • Spark maintains structured supervision during all camp hours.

  • Parents acknowledge that participation in physical activities carries inherent risk, and agree to release Spark from liability except in cases of gross negligence.

Media & Photography

  • Spark may take photos or videos during camp activities for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

  • These materials may be used without compensation unless a written opt-out request is submitted.

Program Changes

  • Spark reserves the right to modify schedules, activities, or staffing as needed to maintain quality and safety.

  • Any material changes will be communicated to families in advance whenever possible.

Website & Communication

  • Information provided through the Spark website, forms, or booking systems must be accurate and current.

  • Spark is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect contact information submitted by families.

By enrolling your child in Spark Summer Camp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any accompanying membership agreement.
