Parents love Spark because we’re clear and upfront about expectations—especially when it comes to enrollment and refunds.
Spark Summer Camp operates as a seasonal membership program, not a drop-in or pay-per-day camp. Enrollment secures your child’s spot, staffing, and programming for the full summer season.
Refunds & Cancellations

Registration and enrollment fees are non-refundable.

Once enrolled, the membership covers the full camp season.

If a family chooses to cancel their membership early, they are responsible for 30% of the remaining balance of the season.

No refunds or credits are provided for missed days due to illness, vacations, scheduling conflicts, or early departures.
Why This Policy Exists
This is why parents appreciate our clarity—your child’s spot is reserved in advance, and staffing, supplies, and programming are committed before the season begins. This policy allows us to maintain consistent coaching, small age-based teams, and high-quality programming for every camper.
Exceptional Circumstances
Any requests related to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
